Redwood Add Absence - Projected Balance

Balance As-of Today is returning figure as expected
Start Date and End Date populated.
Projected Balance is not showing as expected for employee on Annual Leave Hours
Projected Balance appears to show as expected for employee on Annual Leave Days
What do we need to configure to ensure a part time employee on Annual Leave Hours is provided with an up-to-date Projected Balance?
Example case:
Employee is on part time hours. Projected Balance indicates is is returning the leave balance effective the end date of the leave being booked (22-May-2024)
