Global Function for Get today's date in custom time zone returning yesterday
Summary:
Since the function for "Today's date()" returns value in UTC, I am exploring the "Get today's date in custom time zone". However, while testing this function I observed the value returned was yesterday when using "America/New_York," or "EST". The below screenshots were captured at approximately 12 pm ET with the expectation that both functions would return the same date (16-May-2024) but one with Timestamp in EST (16-May-2024 12:00 PM). What should user expect to see when defaulting a date/timestamp using "Get today's date in custom time zone"?
