When adding attachments to a requisition, the requestor can only select from a single category

Hi,

We are looking to confirm that the intended behavior for a requestor adding multiple attachments to a requisition is that those attachments are only able to be routed to a single category.

I.e. the user couldn't send attachment 1 "To Approver", and attachment 2 "To Supplier".

Is this the case?
