SMS mobile number compression
We would like to clarify the behavior of SMS campaign broadcasts. Our data source contains multiple customer IDs with one mobile number each, all targeted in the same campaign ID. We would like to know the treatment of SMS campaign broadcasts in Responsys. Is there a compression process wherein the SMS campaign will randomly pick one mobile number, while the others are automatically skipped and sent out to the aggregator? Or will all customer IDs with one mobile number each be sent to the aggregator?
