TCC path for AgentReferredDate and ConfirmedFlag fields for ORC migration

Summary:

We are migrating data from Taleo to ORC and there is an ask to extract data for above fields related to Candidate. Please provide the TCC mapping for these fields. 

AgentReferredDate: The date when the candidate was added to the agency's talent pool. 
ConfirmedFlag: Indicates that the candidate has confirmed the job application.
