Education entered by candidate is not visible after submitting application

Summary:

The entire education section that was already entered by a candidate disappears after the application is submitted. It is however stored in the candidate profile, so when the candidate applies for a new position, they re-enter the education information, which causes duplicate of the education in the candidate profile.

Has anyone else experienced this and have found a solution?
