Unable to migrate flexfields using Redwood personalization Helper tool

Summary:

HCM Redwood Customization helper tool is not allowing me to migrate the flex fields and showing invalid username or password issue. I have ensured the Username and password are correct and tried with other users credential as well. I have also tried importing the certificates as suggested in one of the CCC articles.
