Responsive Self Service Procurement - why does the old app "Purchase Requisitions" still appear

We have enabled the new Responsive Self Service Procurement. Why does the old app "Purchase Requisitions" still appear? I haven't found any way to prevent users from using the old "Purchase Requisitions", other than going into each individual user and hiding the tile.
