AWS S3 File Transfer Oracle Fusion Cloud

We are planning on integrating Bank files such as "Return" and "Bank Statements" through AWS S3, and we would like to understand where can we configurate this process directly on Oracle Fusion Cloud. Are there any documents or SRs that could help us with this process? Is it possible to connect directly?
