Post 24B - >1 req lines with more than one split -incorrect requirement of proj fields-loggedSR

Summary:

RSSP - Multiple req lines with more than one split causes bug to require project fields in additional lines. I've logged SR 3-36724100961 but it's taking a bit to get a response, so I am asking here as well. This was occurring prior to the split, but this only occurs now on the second or third line if the first one has a split.

See attached. When we enter an account combo in a multi line req with at least one split line, it does not allow submission. When it is a multi line req with no splits, or a single line req with a split, it submits. I feel like perhaps maybe a line of code is incorrect maybe in multiple iterations of a loop that have a split?
