Personalise the my team activity page

Looking at this page delivered there are a number of areas we would like to hide/personalise, but from what I have seen there is very little information out there, especially in the release notes

I have managed to work out how to personalize these elements highlighted and hide unwanted elements

However Im struggling to see if we can hide 'team actions' we dont want to display here, I have examples of actions displaying for modules we haven't even enabled (Career and Performance specifically)

Applications, some users are seeing applications here which they haven't got access to via the usual quick actions etc (this user hasn't got access to this 'workforce compensation page)
