We need to enable a validation on Journal Entry screen in Oracle Cloud General Ledger module. The validation is expected to prevent the user from creating a journal entry if the currency is not selected as "STAT" and the Segment3 selected at line level is in the range 8XXXXXXX – 9XXXXXXY. If a message pop-up can be shown on the screen requesting the user to select the right currency "STAT" in case if Segment3 is selected in the range 8XXXXXXX – 9XXXXXXY, that will also be acceptable.
