How to display OTBI report in Journey task "report"

Hi Team,

I have a OTBI report and I want to display in journeys where employee can see the data and esign. I am using advanced task and but report is not coming for employee. when i click see document, i am getting 404 path not found error.

I tried all below options for report path in journey tasks but still the same.
