My Team Record External Learning Select a Person, 24B

Summary:

The Select a Person within My Team/Record External Learning is not showing a manager's direct reports, even though we selected it in the Selection Type. I have checked the security and profile options and cannot find anything to populate this with a managers team so all they have to do is select them. We are on 24B.

Does anyone know how I can get this to pre-populate?
