Question Parent Objects of the "Move" Button in Salesforce that allows you to move a Quote

The move button in salesforce allows you to move a quote from one parent object to another parent object.
For instance you can move a quote from one opportunity to another opportunity or one account to another account?

Is it possible to restrict which parent objects are available in the drop down when moving a quote?

For example: If I only want to allow users to move quotes from one opportunity to another opportunity, but I don't want them to have the capability to switch accounts or switch owner ids, etc?
