Recruiting Activity Center visible with 24B Release

Has anyone else had an issue with the quick action link for the Recruiting Activity Center being visible by default after the 24B release was applied to production?

We applied 24B to our environment overnight and during smoke testing, we found this quick action link is visible. We verified the profile value is set to N to disable; however, the system is not updating as expected to remove this.
