Checklist for Change Salary Transaction

Summary:

Hello,

I am trying to create employment transaction dependent checklists in the system. But during this I discovered that there is no action for Salary Change/Change Salary/Administer Salary while creating the checklists.

I tried to even create a criteria based on checklist actions and events but still no luck in finding the action. Can anyone suggest if this is normal behavior for the transaction and if there is any workaround for the same.
