Customer wanted to automate the process to send payslip over personal email for terminated employees

Would you please help us to get the steps how to achieve the requirement "automate the process to send payslip over personal email for terminated employees in fusion hcm payroll", can this be achieved?

we are looking for any customization that we can do for Delivered extract "Payslip" , it has corresponding bursting data model and bi report and how can we get the personal email address in the Delivered Payslip extract - this personal email address we need to pass it in "To address" of Delivery Type "Email".

i see only work email is present in payslip.xml file and not the personal email address. any ideas , that would help to us. Thanks..
