Default Salary Basis in Job Offer Auto Complete Rule is not working as expected.

Summary: We have created an auto complete rule for Salary Object to default the Salary Basis based on the criteria of Job overtime status and position. We have one rule for the biweekly salary basis and separate 6 rules for the hourly salary basis. We were trying to combine the 6 hourly rules into 1 and it worked as expected in the one of the lower Pod. When we have migrated the same rule to UAT Pod to get it tested by the client , the combined rule for hourly is overriding the Biweekly salary basis default rule and always
