Can we restrict spend authorize supplier visibility when adding supplier in an Initiative

Hello,

On creating Initiative under Supplier Qualification, we get to choose supplier. Currently the supplier search shows both prospective and spend authorize supplier to be added in initiative. Ask is to only make prospective supplier visible in the list, no spend authorize. Is it feasible ? Any solution to this would be really great.
