How does the delivered HCM Compensation data model support Federal Pay Equity Job Classes?

edited May 20, 2024 1:52PM in Compensation 4 comments

Summary:

We're currently developing a job architecture framework for maintaining job class information to support Canadian Federal Pay Equity regulatory requirements. At present, we're looking at appending job class information against the job as flexfields on the Manage Jobs page since we currently do not prominently use Compensation module features in HCM. However, are there any delivered features or data tables of the Compensation module that support Pay Equity job class information that we should be mindful of? We want to ensure that we "future proof" the solution we build against the Compensation Module roadmap.
