Goal Management - Line Manager Hierarchy & Grade / Job Criteria

Summary:

We need to assign goals for all direct and indirect reports of a line manager who have a specific job or grade.

For example, Criteria 1: All direct and indirect reports and Criteria 2: Having a particular grade.

According to our understanding, the standard configuration does not allow us to combine both these criteria - the goal plan assignment process can either assign to all direct and indirect reports or use an eligibility profile, which can be created for criteria 2.

Is there any way to achieve both these criteria in one mass assign process?
