How to view 'Notice of Award' PDF ?

Summary:

We're implementing Sourcing for our client and we want to use the 'Notice of Award' PDF when awarding a Negotiation to a supplier. We've tried using the seeded Oracle PDF as well as generating a copy in the custom folder. However there doesn't appear to be anywhere in the application to view the Award PDF once the negotiation is awarded. Nothing appears on the supplier portal side either - apart from the Award notification.

It's called: "Award Notice PDF Report" and the RTF template is called: "AwardNoticePDFGenerateReport"

How and Where do we get to view the Award PDF within the Sourcing Application and Supplier Portal? Is there some additional setup needed in order to make this available in the Actions menu?
