Module not available for Migration

Hi I've been trying to migrate ADF personalisation for position details. However when running the ADF and VBS Source file on Helper Tool- Position module seems to be available only for reporting and not migration: I've checked the oracle document that position pages are available for migration (doc 2999756.1)https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=120183108269417&parent=EXTERNAL_SEARCH&sourceId=BULLETIN&id=2999756.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=2trta8a0m_4

I've even tried version24A of helper tool to migrate the setup but the zip file is not getting generated.
