One-Time Lump Sum Deduction for Child Support Arrears
We need to deduct arrears amounts from upcoming bonus payments for child support arrears, but we are not finding any guidance on how we can set these up without having to manually touch each deduction. Our bonus payments are processed separately, but in the same payroll calc as the regular payment thus sharing pay period dates. The deduction must retain all pertinent child support information to be included in the payment.
Can someone give us insight on how we can set up a one-time child support deduction that will only be taken out of a bonus payment?
