the Employee is on LWOP however the ER Part are deducting

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 1 comment

Summary:

the issue is the employee is already on LWOP but the Employer Contributions is continuously deducting which should supposedly be zero since the net pay is zero.

seeking your help what is causing this issue.
