Can you report on Compensation Zones through an OTBI? If not, is the a SQL query I can use for BI?

Summary:

I am able to download the Compensation Zones zip file (Compensation Zones_20240520_040955_180.zip) from going to Setup and Maintenance → Searching Compensation Zones in the search bar → Selecting Compensation Zones with a Functional Area of Base Pay.

Once the Zip File (Compensation Zones_20240520_040955_180.zip) opens and I select the ORA_HZ_GEO_RELATIONSHIP.csv to view the Differential and Postal Code relationships, you can see there are duplicate SubjGeographyNames and ObjGeographyNames. Is there any way to remove the old values from this csv download at the time of download instead of manually removing the duplicate values once the ORA_HZ_GEO_RELATIONSHIP is opened? Or is there a subject area that I can utilize to create an OTBI report to only download the most recent value? If not, can someone please provide a BI SQL query for me to use?

Howdy, Stranger!
