Unable to hide Business Unit in When and Why Section in all MSS redwood transactions

Summary:Since 24B, Business unit field got enabled in when and Why section for all MSS transactions like promote, Transfer, Change Working hours etc. Using VB studio we tried to hide the same but it is still visible in front end. We are able to make it read-only but unable to hide it. Can anyone suggest what could be the issue.
