Performance Document Eligibility Profile issue

Summary:

We created ‘Annual Performance Review 2023/2024’ performance template with the eligibility criteria ‘FY23/24 Performance Review’ in PROD.

But upon checking we noticed that around 1000+ employees are not getting the performance document assigned.

We checked the Performance Eligibility for the impacted user and noticed that last year's eligibility profile 'Performance Review FY23' is also appearing which is ineligible. Due to that reason, we are expecting that the performance document was not assigned to the users.

Could you please confirm why the previous year’s eligibility criteria (Performance Review FY23) are appearing in the performance document as it is not included in the Performance template configuration.
