To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

How to hide 'Not applicable' and 'More actions' fields
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Hi,
we created a Journey with two tasks: both the tasks are questionnaires: the first one is assigned to the employee; the second one is assigned to his/her Line Manager. After the completion of the questionnaire, the task performer has three available options: 'Done'; 'More actions'; 'Not applicable'. We would like to hide the options 'More actions' and Not applicable' (the only displayed button has to be 'Done').
Hoping someone has some sugestions.
Thanks a lot,
Alberto.
