Hi, We at south Lanarkshire council have multiple (1000 plus) permanent staff who also carry out a secondary role supporting Election related work. Due to separation of roles and the fact that these employees are paid through a separate Pay Reference Number , they currently have separate employee numbers for these short lived roles. This is having a licensing impact, since licenses are counted per-user of the system . Previously we had a dispensation for this scenario in Oracle EBS (since the two accounts belonged to the same named user/NI number) but this arrangements is not in place for
