Career site - customise homepage and research page filters

Hello everyone,
I am asking if anyone knows how to customise the filters on the home page and on the position search page, e.g. hide a filter.
The customer asks us for the possibility of leaving the filter 'All jobs' on the home page, can this be done with the minimal template?
And also on the page that opens after clicking on All jobs, is it possible to customise the filters present?
