Compensation plan not accessible from MY TEAM - WORKFORCE COMPENSATION

Hi community,

I need some help: I created a compensation plan and and gave roles Compensation Administrator and Compensation Managers to HRs and only Compensation Managers to managers. HRs access the plan correctly from My Client Groups>Compensation while I thought that managers could access it from My Team>Workforce Compensation. Basically I cannot understand why managers access the plan correctly from My Client Groups>Compensation>Act as a Proxy Manager but not from My Team>Workforce Compensation (see message that appears in the screenshot below)
