How to create 3 level dependent DFF at Purchase Requisition line

Business requirement is to create 3 DFF (Division, Analysis Code, Future Code). Here Division DFF is having independent value set and analysis code is having depended value set based on Division (Independent value set), user requirement to create third value set Future code dependent on Analysis code.

Please advise how to achieve this.
