Edit learning activities in a spreadsheet issue

Dear Experts,
We are unable to update the completion status through the "Edit Learning Activities in a Spreadsheet" option under More Actions.
We need to update the learners' completion status with their offline scores. To do this, we attempted to use the "Edit Learning Activities in a Spreadsheet" option. However, after the 24B update, when we select this option, the integrated ADF spreadsheet opens blank.
Note: We had already downloaded the desktop integration necessary for this process before the 24B upgrade. We have also recently reinstalled it, but this has not resolved the issue.
