Disable ability to change/edit distribution on AR invoice in Fusion

Good Day

Our business team are requesting to Disable the ability to change/edit distribution on AR transactions, and only to depend on defined accounting rules since REC account come from customer definition and REV account from memo line

and we don't want any manual update or override for these accounting rules in the system

can anyone help in this
