Restrict the suggested buyer list based on Business unit

We need to restrict the suggested buyer list based on the business unit. Currently, requesters can select buyers from different business units to which they do not have access. This restriction should also apply to the sourcing scoring members and other purchasing transactions,

Is there a way to apply these restrictions within the procurement or HR modules?
