Top Recommendations Feature for Internal Candidates

Hello,

we have been testing the Top Recommendations feature in ORC for internal candidates and we noticed that all our test cases get the same star rating for Skills (1 star) despite having candidates with the exact same Skills that the Job Requisition has as required.

We have opened an SR on this in order to investigate whether there is a bug or misconfiguration from our side, but what we would like to ask confirmation for is whether the Star Rating for Skills is not functioning for internal candidates.
