Hide the Edit and update Photo connections

Hi All,

We are looking to remove the Edit and Update Photo options from connections page. Employees when they search for themselves in Connections page they are able to Edit Phone Number, Photo, etc,. We want to remove this access. Can anyone help if this is possible.
