Any advice on the best automated method for all Upcoming ILT Session reminders sent to enrollees?

Summary: Any advice on best automated method for sending upcoming ILT Session reminders sent to enrollees? Currently we have the standard User Approval automated email message sent to enrollees, but it appears the 2nd trigger shown below is not working, only the first one sent when someone enrolls in an ILT session. Any tips on how to set a default reminder message for upcoming ILT sessions that works? Or any help on if I am missing something on why the 2nd trigger is not working? Thanks!
