Responsive Self Service Procurement - Scheduled Processes

Hi,

As part of the Responsive Self Service Procurement setup steps, reading that "to ensure all the requisition lines display accurate status based on downstream events post approvals, you must schedule this process to run periodically

a) Process name: ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS

b) Parameter Value for Program Name to run Bulk Ingest: prc_por_downstream"

Reviewing number of posts on CCC, there is not a definitive frequency for running the process, whether it's once or twice daily, or as many times as necessary.

My question is would there be a recommended limit to how many times it should be scheduled. For example, would there be an issue if we were to schedule a run every 5 minutes?
