Preview not working in projects

Summary:

Hi - We have been working on VBS pages prior to and after our upgrade to 24-B. If we open up a project in VBS that was created prior to 24-B, the preview functionality does not work. However, if we create a brand new project, the preview functionality works again. Is this intended behavior that we have to create all new projects post 24-B in order for this to work? Please let me know.
