Restrict the creation of Work Order for an asset which is having open work order

Hi Team,

 We have a business requirement to restrict the user from creating a Work Order for an Asset that already has an Open Work Order.

For Example: A user has created a Work Order for an asset (JCB). If another user tries to create a Work Order for the same asset, the system will not allow it. This is because there is already an open Work Order for that asset.

 I kindly request that you review this information and provide me with a solution as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
