Rule for setting Incident.Product based on boolean value
Summary:
I have an opa form with an attribute (the enquiry product) which has mapped in url parameter and mapped out to Oracle service cloud Incident.Product @Richard Napier
I am trying to set the the enquiry product to the enquiry product if the student is commencing in 6 months(boolean value collected from the form)
and otherwise change the enquiry product to a different Product
But it is not making the changes
This is the table structure of the rule
when the opa form is loaded , it will already have the Topic from the URL parameters , and if the checkbox is checked nothing to do further , if its not , i want to change the product
