Unable to retrieve account change history

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I set the following to get the account change history.
Manage Audit Policies→Oracle Fusion Applications→Auditing→Configure Business Object Attributes
Product→Common CRM→Account
I selected the custom field above, but the history could not be collected.
Are any other settings required?

P.S.: The only thing that cannot be retrieved is the account, as it can be retrieved for other objects.
