How to pick 'Date of Birth' from Calendar instead of typing '2017-01-10'

Hi,

While designing interviews, we might ask the candidates to enter his 'Date of Birth', 'Start date in the company'. Do we have provisions to allow the candidates to pick these dates from a calendar (as shown in attachment) instead of typing the dates.
