we are ready to activate the 'Suggested candidates' AI feature. There are a couple of things that are not clear and we would like to look into further. We saw that the set of criteria, used to rank the list of candidates basing on their correspondence with the Job Profile of the posted Job requisition, are: Profile, Education, Experience, Skill. Well, in our Job Application flow the 'Skill' section and the Timeline (where the candidate can enter his/her work experiences and education) are not mandatory; therefore in most cases the candidates only upload their resume s.
