How to Access Talent Rating Section

Hello Everyone,

Wanted to know the navigations through which we can access worker's talent rating. The only talent rating navigation i could find is through Public Info or by searching worker through Global search and then access the Talent rating section, but is their another way? (Screenshot attached for reference).
