Time and Labor with Payroll - How to pull values from custom time attributes in Oracle Payroll

Summary:

We wanted to bring Projects information into Cloud in a custom value set, display it as a time card attribute for the employee to pick and then pass it on to Payroll for the to calculate different rate of pay based on Project and Task. Since we don’t have Oracle projects implemented in cloud, we are trying these steps:

  1. Created a custom Time Attribute of Projects with the list of Values
  2. Attached this to the Timecard Layout
  3. Created an element with input value of Projects
  4. Attached this to the Calculation Card Component

The piece we are missing is how does the custom attribute be linked to this calculation card component so that it stores the project info along with time.

Howdy, Stranger!
