Invoices approved via email notification are not updating in the Payables application
Hello,
We are dealing with an issue where we have an invoice that was approved via the email notification by the user, but the approval is not reflecting in the Payables application.
The email notification displays a message that confirms that the action was successful, however when we look at the invoice in the system, the invoice doesn't show any type of action being taken by the user.
The same user has successfully approved invoices via email notification previously, so I don't believe it is an issue with the email server.
I've also verified in the BPM Worklist, for Invoice Approvals, that the email notifications are set to actionable.
